We were contacted by OVERWATCH and asked to cater their Veteran Recruitment Event.

Overwatch’s mission critical purpose is to stop the cycle of suicide among the veteran community while giving them a new career. Overwatch believes that as they continue to find a new mission or new purpose for these veterans that they will drive down the suicide rate while helping the data center industry grow.

We are the chosen caterer for many non profits. As a result we jumped at the opportunity to come up with the best package to feed 1000 veterans at the Legacy Resort and Convention center Veteran Recruitment Event.

Veteran Recruitment Event

The menu for the lunch was as follows:-

Rotisserie Roasted Marinated Free-Range Chicken
Served with hot BBQ sauce on the side
Braised Beef Short Ribs
Shredded and served with hot BBQ sauce on the side
Vegetarian Pasta (V)
Penne pasta with marinara sauce
Classic Rice Pilaf
Served with a medley of garden vegetables
Summer Fresh Salad
Crisp romaine and red tip lettuce mixed with cherry
tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese and dried cranberries
with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing
