Welcome to www.rotisserieaffair.com. This website is owned and operated by Rotisserie Affair Catering in San Diego, CA. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Notice (please refer to the Privacy Notice in a separate page).

This agreement is in effect as of May 17, 2017.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.


All content and materials available on www.rotisserieaffair.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Rotisserie Affair Catering, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Rotisserie Affair Catering.


1. The customer understands and agrees that RAC charges a minimum catering deposit of $500.00 to reserve RAC’s services for the above event date. Cancellations must be in writing and must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the event date. The catering deposit is not refundable nor is any deposit paid for entertainment or equipment. Deposits made on cancelled events may be put towards a future booked event.

2. The contracted event total must be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to the event date. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. The catering deposit will be applied to the contract price. All credit card payments (MC, VISA, AMEX, Discover) incur a service fee of 5%.

3. The customer agrees that if the actual number of guests is less than the guaranteed number of guests entered above, the customer will still be charged for the guaranteed number. If the actual number of guests is more than the guaranteed number entered above, RAC reserves the right to charge the customer at RAC’s established rate per person for each guest over and above the guaranteed number. If the guaranteed guest count is reduced before the guaranteed number of guests has been confirmed, the price per guest may be increased. RAC encourages the customer to provide the most accurate guest count possible to ensure that RAC is able to provide the appropriate amount of food and service for the event.
