We were recently approached by a medical wellness company to host a corporate lunch. After some discussions with the client, the following menu was decided upon.

Bake Brie with Fig Jam
Baked Vegetarian Egg Rolls served with sweet & sour Sauce
Main Course
Rotisserie Roasted Seasoned USDA Prime Rib
Grilled Marinated Fresh Salmon served with lemon wedges and garlic butter sauce
Rotisserie Roasted Marinated Free-Range Chicken Served with hot BBQ sauce on the side
Classic Rice Pilaf – Buttery, seasoned rice mixed with a medley of chopped vegetables then lightly fried and served with a sweet chili dipping sauce
Assorted Grilled Vegetables Tossed with a garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinaigrette
Greek Feta Cheese and Olive Salad – Crisp romaine and red tip lettuce mixed with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, red onion, feta cheese

Our client loved the idea that we would bring our rotisserie with us. This would ensure hot succulent food cooked fresh right in front of the guests.

This medical wellness lunch event was a great success with positive comments from management as well as all who attended.
