I just want to say thank you again for the great job you guys did at the Foothills Event in Carlsbad. Your BBQ was a hit and everyone was so pleased with the food!
We have an event coming up in Imperial Valley and I wanted to know if you could write me up a proposal with pricing. We would like something very similar to what you did at The Foothills, the chicken, salad and rice, but not for as many people.

Hi Kevin,
I want to thank you for the wonderful food and great service the two gentlemen provided in our home Saturday for our wedding Luau party. Everyone raved about how great the rice with pineapples and the pig/chicken tasted. The vegetables grilled fresh to eat had such flavor. My neighbor lady told me this morning that was the best chicken she has had in her life...she is 80 so that is saying something hey? Scott and I got to sit towards the end of service to finally eat something and of what we had time for was very good.
We had exactly 65 people attend. The check must have arrived by now, it was sent on Saturday.
We will proudly pass your name along to friends and family looking for a caterer. I appreciate your kindness and patience throughout.

I just came back from tasting the food you have selected for your wedding. The executive summary is that it was a really great experience. Kevin and his staff are really great people who deliver excellent quality and service. They do pay a lot of attention to details.
When I arrived the table was nicely set with a table cloth and some decoration. Kevin and his assistant, Nicole, explained to me how they do the catering and told me about the foods you have selected for your wedding. Kevin then brought generous samples of rotisserie chicken, ribeye steak, and Mahi-Mahi on a nicely decorated wooden tray. The meats and fish were served with vegetable rice cooked in a chicken broth, an Italian variant of the noodle salad you chose, and fruit salad. The chicken is outstanding. I had white meat and it was moist and tender, the skin nicely brown and crisp. They only use free-range hormone-free chicken and you can really taste the difference. The beef was very good too with nice steakhouse seasoning and an excellent BBQ sauce with exactly the right blend of sweetness and tantalizing sourness. The Mahi-Mahi came off in nice juicy flakes. The seasoning was almost cajun-style. Very good. I think you guys cannot go wrong with them. I suggest that you really have the chicken and the beef. They cook the beef in big chunks on the rotisserie. They showed me pictures. It's a sight to see. They can accommodate every guest's taste, whether one likes it well done or medium rare. If you want to have a third meat or fish, it's almost hard to tell. Kevin let me also sample his pork ribs. They were so tender that a fork is good enough to eat them. They are falling apart. However, pork is not to everybody's taste neither is fish. It's hard to say whatto choose, both are good, however, the pork is really extraordinary. All the foods are fairly light. The dressing on the noodle salad is very light. I ate a lot and still felt good after having all of it. The fruit salad was good too. The variant I had was made of three different types of melon with a hint of orange. For your wedding I suggest that you have pineapple, mango, strawberries, etc. with it to make it more tropical and more elegant and colorful. Maybe with some coconut flakes on the side. Bottomline, I think you cannot go wrong with them. If the price is right do it. If you make your decision before the end of the year, Kevin said, he would throw in the cake cutting and champaign toast. I think you also have not told them where exactly it is going to be. If it is outdoor or indoor, if it is a private property, etc.

Im sorry it took a whole week to express our gratefulness to you for the incredible party last Sat night..... we have not stopped recieving praises about you and your team. The food was spectacular...the "roasted pig" was a big hit with our group....I love how you decorated and you were the consumate professional. You never stopped... and worked so hard....anytime we needed anything you were right there saying "I'll take care of it" ( and with a big smile I might add).
On top of the great food and service I have to say we have never seen a harder worker than Jana..this girl was AMAZING...she,too, never stopped...even emptying trash and cutting cake....searching for more coffee or whatever was needed.
WOW....it was a night we will never forget and we give you the credit.....
If any future client wants a reference, please have them call us...you were The Best!!
One more thing...earlier you mentioned that you were going to expand Rotisserie Affair up to Orange County....my good friend is in charge of an event called "taste of Aliso Viejo" where many local restaurants attend and present their food where thousands attend. This year was a huge success and they are planning one next year. If you are interested, let me know and I will put you two together...it takes place in May.
Your table cloths are in a plastic bag at the front door of my parents home.
