Terms and Conditions:
To receive the Multiple Party Discount
Program, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for each event
must be received at the time of booking the first event.
All parties must be booked at the
same time and must occur within 12 months of the first
event.
Actual dates of future events may
be provided at a latter date and preferably with 30 days
notice.
Additional events may be added to
the schedule at any time with the appropriate discount
applied to it and future events if the $50.00 non-refundable
deposit is received prior to the event.
Discount party plan is only valid
for events planned between Monday and Friday (excluding
holidays) with delivery times or food serving time between
10:00 am and prior to 5:30 PM.
Reductions in the amount of people
will not effect the overall event pricing, unless reductions
in the number of people is greater than 25% of your expected
number of guest as per your booking reservation, and the
notification is provided in writing a minimum of 72 hours
in advance.
Canceling an event within 72 hours
of the event date will result in the loss of the deposit.
The event may be rescheduled without loss of deposit if
done so, prior to 72 hours of the event. Additional deposits
for equipment or entertainment will be forfeited.
The customer will be held responsible
for equipment left for purposes of food service, seating
or entertainment. Any equipment not returned will be invoiced
at replacement cost.
